Terms and Conditions

At Thickez, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Sales or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, and handbags)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or item (subject to availability). If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue store credit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of an approval status. if approved

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
